ORDERING – please ensure when ordering that the product you are ordering is available to be shipped to your region. Due to fragility or product life there can be restrictions on where certain products can be shipped to.
SATURDAY or URGENT DELIVERIES – these can be made available on request. If you have a requirement please contact us by email orders@rococogifts.co.nz or by phone 09 277-5917. We will do our best to meet your needs.
ADDRESS DETAILS – please take extra care with entering delivery details to ensure your parcel is delivered correctly and promptly- always double check. Its important to put as much detail as possible including business name (even if going to an individual), where possible include mobile number.
APARTMENT BUILDINGS/GATED COMMUNITIES – the courier needs to have specific detail for locked entrances like access codes or information on where to leave parcels.
HOSPITAL DELIVERIES – deliveries are to reception the address needs to include Hospital name and address, Patient name, ward number and room number.
SIGNATURE ON RECEIPT OF PARCEL – we recommend that your order includes a request for a signature to ensure that the parcel is received by the correct person. If the person/s are not home then the courier will leave a card with full instructions on how to either have the parcel redelivered or collected from the courier company.
In the event that it is not possible to have a person sign for the parcel and you want the parcel left without a signature then it will be the responsibility of the sender of the parcel (ie you) once it has been dropped off by the courier. We cannot accept responsibility after that point. If you have any concerns about the safety of the parcel then we advise you to order with a request for signature,
PO BOXES – we are unable to deliver to a PO Box.
INCORRECT ADDRESSES – we do not take responsibility for parcels delivered to an incorrect address that has been given on the order.
TRACK AND TRACE – upon dispatching, a tracking link will be sent to your email address.
DELIVERY DELAYS – all efforts will be made to meet the delivery timeframes. In the event of a delay or you are needing an ETA, please contact us as soon as possible so we can trace your order for you with the courier email orders@rococogifts.co.nz giving us the details.
