Our legal business name is Cottage Fare Ltd. For our cafe, physical shop and online shop we trade as Rococo Gifts & goodies and Rococo cafe.
Our bank details are shown as cottage Fare Ltd.
We will take every care to ensure that the content of your gift is the same as advertised. In the event that the same item/s are not available then we will ensure that any replacement will be of at least the same quality & price and better than that advertised.
Prices shown on the Rococo Gifts website are listed in New Zealand dollars, and are inclusive of GST. We reserve the right to change or alter any prices at any time for any reason.
Rococo Gifts will accept full payment only for any online order made within New Zealand. Payment can be made via Direct Payment Services (DPS) with a Visa or MasterCard.
Payment can also be made on online banking.
Please note that this may delay dispatch of your order by a day, to allow clearance of payment through the banking system.
All efforts will be made to fulfil any order placed with Rococo Gifts; however, we accept no responsibility or liability should we be unable to supply the goods ordered for any reason.

North Island-$12
South Island-$15
Rural Area-Charges Extra $5.

Delivery to apartment or multi dwelling
Please check that access is available to couriers.
Take care when completing the address details , apartment no, floor or level no’s, name of the recipient and business and as much information as possible will ensure better delivery outcomes .

Hospital Delivery
Please include Hospital name ,
department recipient name,
ward number,
floor number and as much detail as possible to ensure a good delivery outcome.

Rural Deliveries
Please note there is an additional charge for rural deliveries. This reflects the extra charged by courier companies.

Delivery Time Frame
Auckland is Usually overnight.
North Island is usually overnight.
South Island ranges from 2 to 4 days depending on address.
Rural add an extra 2 to 3 days depending on address.
Same day delivery may be available for an extra charge in Auckland city.
Saturday deliveries may be available. Please request at time of ordering.

Delivery delays
Unfortunately these do occur at times. Rococo Gifts cannot take any responsibility for late delivery due to
1. Adverse weather conditions.
2. Incorrect delivery address.
3. Traffic delays.
4. Other extreme conditions or Acts of God outside any reasonable control.

All efforts will be made to fulfil any order placed with Rococo Gifts. However, we accept no responsibility should we be unable to supply ordered goods for any reason.
Because our products are mostly perishable it is not possible for us to exchange product due to a change of mind.

Customers have the right to return any goods deemed faulty or damaged in transit for a replacement. The following conditions may apply:-

1. Where goods are being returned due to a fault or damage, they must be in original condition.
2. Where return is due to a fault, the customer must contact Rococo Gifts within 7 days of receiving the product.
3. Damaged items must be signed as faulty on the courier ticket/manifest, replacement will be sent as soon as possible.

Rococo Gifts will cover the postage costs involved for the return and replacement of any faulty or defective goods.

Personal Information

Through conducting its normal business, Rococo Gifts may collect customer information including purchase history, contact and delivery details. This information will remain confidential and will be held securely, and will not be disclosed to any third party.

Customer Consent

Customers who do not wish to have any personal information collected and used for any purpose other than that required to complete the transaction will need to express this in writing at the time of purchase.

Access to Personal Information

Personal information relating to the customer is available under the Privacy Act 1993, and the customer may request changes to the information held.
